U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from R & B Import:

  • Customer has to pay for returning fee (USPS shipping label provide from us)
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in the original box with all the parts, cords, adapters, brochure,... that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Item that's damaged, got scratches by customer
  • Seasonal items: beverage bucket, popcorn maker, coffee maker,..
  • Electric items: griddles, blender, mixer,...

How To Return:

  • Contact us via Gmail: RandBimport3@gmail.com
  • Include all your info in the Email: # Order Number, Your Name, Item #SKU, Quantity, Reason for Returning.
  • We will provide you Returning Fee (USPS rate)
  • Once we get confirmation, we will send you the Shipping Label.
  • Print the label, tape it on the box.
  • Drop off at any local USPS.

Standard Refund Policy:

  • After receiving the package back, we will do some inspection on the the item.
  • NO REFUND: If we found any damaged, scratches , defected, not in sale condition anymore, missing any parts, cords, adapters, brochure, spoon,...
  • YES REFUND: If everything is good we will proceed within 2-3 business days since the day we receive the package.
  • Returning Fee will be deducted from the refund.
